Scholarship Program

The Pompano Beach Lighthouse Rotary Scholarship Foundation is our means to invest in our future leaders and philanthropists by funding scholarships for undergraduate and graduate study. 

The scholarship is given in the memory of Kerry MacNamara who was a president of the club and lost his life in a car accident as a young man. The club determines how much will be awarded each year, depending on fundraising. The students must attend either Pompano Beach HS or Blanche Ely HS. The eligible applicants are asked to an interview by the club members.
